Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at Red Racks. We understand on occasion, there may be a need to exchange products. Here is our exchange policy:
Exchange Policy – items eligible for exchange are subject to the following limitations:
- Exchange must take place within 7 days from the date of the original purchase.
- You must have the original sales receipt.
- The item(s) must have the original price and/or price tag attached.
- Any and all exchanges are at the manager’s discretion. All merchandise sold as-is. We do not offer cash, debit card, credit card refunds or store credit.
All sales are FINAL on the following items: furniture, electronics, computers, accessories, books, music, videos, Last Chance Section items, mattresses and Sunday Sale items.
